Deadline: 15 Jul, 2022

In the framework of Nonconform 2.0 project the Museum of Nonconformist Art in St. Petersburg and international partners are looking for six art professionals working with texts to join a virtual writing residency.

What can be proposed?
In this project we would like to unite authors with different approaches to working with texts. You can propose an essay, an interview, a research article, a story for children, poetry, comics or any other format.

As a result of the online residencies the participants are expected to produce a text addressing a chosen theme/phenomenon from the Soviet underground culture and unofficial art. All the materials will be presented in a bilingual printed publication that will appear in October-November 2022.

The deadline for applications is July 15th 2022. Applicants will be informed about the results by July 20th 2022.
