Art Residence Penza invites Russian and international artists-painters to implement their project – a series of painting art works for the subsequent exhibition in the Art Penza gallery. The invitation is made after reviewing the applications submitted by the artists. The selected artists live and eat at the Art Penza hotel, and work there in equipped studios.
