The Art Residence is a well-equipped wooden house for living and working, standing in a pine white moss forest, on the shore of a small lake. House with an area of 113 sq. m. consists of two double bedrooms, a lounge room combined with a kitchen, a large veranda-workshop for working with paints and graphics and a small veranda combined with one of the bedrooms.

The house is equipped with electricity, two stoves – heated with wood. There is a gas stove in the kitchen. Near the house there is a dry closet, a sauna, a large playground overlooking the lake, a woodshed. A prerequisite: escort from the office to the place of residence and periodic visits by the employee to the reserve, as well as compliance by the resident with personal safety requirements and compliance with the rules of stay in the protected area.

The distance from the town of Kostomuksha to the art residence is 23 kilometers: 19 km by car on a dirt road and 4 kilometers by foot. On the way there is a boat crossing over the Kamennaya River. Delivery in the winter by snowmobile.
